1. Consultation
During our work on a nearby project, Richard, impressed by our craftsmanship, approached us to discuss his vision for replacing their old, cold conservatory. He sought a traditional build that would seamlessly integrate with their existing home while offering improved thermal performance with great U values.
2. Design
We began by drawing up architectural plans to ensure compliance with permitted development regulations. A 3D visualisation was created to provide Richard and Janet with a clear representation of the proposed design. With meticulous attention to detail, we obtained a certificate of lawfulness to proceed with the project.

3. Construction
The project commenced with the removal of the old conservatory, making way for the new extension. New foundations were meticulously poured, and cavity walls were erected up to joist level. A new roof, complete with a sky lantern for added natural light, was installed. High-quality sliding doors were fitted to enhance accessibility and aesthetics. Internally, rooms were opened up to create a more spacious feel, and a new vinyl floor was laid throughout. Richard and Janet were thrilled with the final result.
4. Delivery
Thanks to efficient project management and skilled craftsmanship, the entire build was completed in just 3 months. Upon completion, a full handover pack, including all necessary documentation and warranties, was provided to Janet and Richard, ensuring peace of mind and satisfaction with their newly transformed home.
